Now answer these inside your mind when you see food?
Can I live without eating this? No or yes
Can I control my emotions? No or yes
The more you teach yourself, train yourself, force yourself, and control your mind to say yes to the last 2 questions the easier it will be to abstain from man-made food versus unprocessed/manufactured (whole fruits, vegetables, meats, and legumes/nuts).
